Your two visits a year
Pre-season visit
Ahead of the heaviest cooling months we clean, test, and verify your system is ready for a Florida summer.
Mid-season visit
A second visit later in the year catches drain buildup, coastal corrosion, and electrical wear before they cause a no-cool call.
The tune-up checklist
- Evaporator and condenser coil inspection and cleaning as needed
- Condensate drain line flush and pan treatment
- Safety float switch test
- Capacitor and contactor testing
- Refrigerant pressure and temperature split check
- Electrical connection inspection and tightening
- Blower wheel and filter inspection
- Thermostat operation and calibration check
- Coastal corrosion inspection on the outdoor unit
- Written summary of findings with photos

What does the AC Lifeguard Plan include?+
Two professional maintenance visits per year, the full tune-up checklist at each visit, a condensate drain line flush and treatment, priority scheduling for members, and documented findings with photos after every visit.
How much does it cost?+
Membership starts at $24 a month. Final pricing depends on how many systems you have and their configuration — we'll confirm the exact amount before you sign up.
Does membership cover repairs or parts?+
No. The plan covers scheduled maintenance visits and the checklist. If we find something that needs repair, we show you the findings and give you an upfront price to approve before any repair work starts.
When are the two visits scheduled?+
One visit ahead of the heaviest cooling months and a second later in the year. We reach out to schedule so you don't have to track it.
Can I join if my system is older?+
Yes. Age isn't a barrier — older systems often benefit most from consistent maintenance and documented condition tracking.
Does the plan cover more than one system?+
Yes. Homes with multiple systems can be covered; pricing is adjusted for the additional equipment.
How do I sign up?+
Use the Join Online button to book through our scheduler, or call us and we'll set it up over the phone.
